ABOUT KRISTEN

Nothing I teach is theory.
I lived it. I rebuilt.
Now I offer the thread.

I didn’t plan to specialize in personal upheaval—or in what follows: nervous system strain, emotional exhaustion, and the quiet reconstruction that begins when the old map no longer fits the terrain.

In 2012, my life rerouted. I faced a high-conflict divorce and years of legal, emotional, and structural complexity. I protected what mattered, navigated systems that couldn’t always see clearly, and came through changed—clearer, sharper, and more anchored than I’d ever been.

Out of necessity, I became a student of everything: systems, psychology, trauma, family dynamics, and the deeper, symbolic architecture of change. I became a Licensed Educational Psychologist and completed advanced training in court-involved evaluation and trauma-informed care. But the deeper learning came from living it—from walking through fire and learning how to stand inside it.

That’s what I now offer: not just clinical tools, but real guidance for people navigating stress, breakdown, or transition—especially when the external world no longer matches the internal one.

My work is both structured and soulful. Clinical and intuitive. Built on evidence, but lived through experience. If you’re moving through something hard—or if you’ve already started and don’t yet have language for it—you’re not alone.
