How It Works
Nature-based work happens in outdoor settings. Together, we explore the reflections nature offers: resilience after fire, regeneration from decay, stillness in the trees. Sessions may include:
Some clients move through transitions more clearly in nature. Some find that their nervous system resets more quickly outdoors. Others simply need time away from fluorescent lights and endless tasks to hear themselves again.
